Melissa’s focus is on ISO Management Systems, strategy, executive coaching and mentoring. In addition, her "Under Construction: The Swearing Journal" empowers mental health awareness, particularly for men in construction, through authentic, accessible language.
Melissa’s ethos—"Make it relevant, and it will work"—is evident in everything she does. |
